MET BALL 2012
This event was filled with lots of beautiful outfits but also not so. There was only a handful of gowns that I really did like and here they are.

This gown is beautifully structured with the dress giving her a nice shape. I quite like how the top part of the dress goes out, its gives the dress more shape. I like the fabric and pattern also its decorative yet subtle. Her hair & make-up goes well with the look, having her hair straightened goes with the structures look.

This is an incredible cute look, with the shape of the dress going out at the waist. The shape of the dress itself is a really girly, cute shape and with the flowers on it making it even cuter. I sort of like how the flowers are see through and you can make it out from far, its gives the dress a nice texture. The colour of the dress does make her look a bit pale, but she looks lovely still. Her hair curled, and died up adds to the cute look. I dont think I would change a thing about this look, I would love to have this dress in my wardrobe.

I have mixed views on this dress, mainly positive. The Beauty of this dress is obviously the top part with the gold and black patterns. Its soo decorative but in a beautifully way, the gold makes it look that much more designer. However I dont love the skirt part of the dress, it slightly distracts from the top half. Maybe if the skirt was made from a less thin/floaty fabric it may look nicer.

Sometimes wearing metallics can look cheap and tacky, Jessica does the complete opposite with this look. I like how the material makes the gold shimmer in the light.I like the shade of gold, its slight dark. The style of the dress is dead glamorous, with the one shoulder and fitted waist. Her hair and make-up makes her look very glamorous with the curls to one side and shade of lipstick. Jessica looks stunning in this dress, nothing I could change.
These are some looks that I didn't particularly like:

Too much on show, plus you can see her bones. This is an example of wearing metallics in the wrong way.

Not loving the white shirt underneath(personally). She looks about 70 in this picture, and the shapless
black dress doesn't do it for me.

HIGH STREET HOT PIECES
White Car Print Prom Dress - £27.99 (New Look)
This is the first eye catcher that i saw, it was the car print that i loved.
Having cars printed on a dress is not something I've seen before but i
really like it, its different and incredible cute. The car print make the dress
retro looking. I also really like the dress shape, it makes the garment that much
more cuter with the sweetheart neckline. I would pair this with a killer pair of
pink platforms and some chunky bangles.
Pink Butterfly Print Tea Dress - £14.00 (Select)
This dress is so pretty from the shape to the print. Print is becoming a big thing
this summer and this print is stunning. With the right shade of colour this print
isn't too much. The way the butterflies are scattered creates a really floaty look.
You can't really see from the picture but the pink block sections is a floral
pattern which is beautiful. I love the material that its made from, it adds to the floaty
feel and makes it more girly. I like the cap sleeves, again it make's the dress more girly.
The dress has ruched waist detailing which means it will show of that waist. This is
a dress that doesn't need much just some sandals and a small bracelet. Because this dress
has several colours on it you can wear any coloured pair of shoes.
£12.00 (H&M)
I really love this dress I think all the colours look great together. The dress is filled
with colour and pattern but looks really nice. The shade of colours are
beautiful, it creates an earthy, ethnic look. I would wear this with legging or a pair
of jeans as its a bit short. This stunning dress just needs some gold jewellery
and wither or sandals or heels, both will make this outfit look great. The prince is great
too for a dress and stunning as this.

Double Side Split Maxi Skirt - £37.00 (Miss Selfridge)
These type's of skirts are lovely, there full length but see through. This skirt gives you a
floaty and girly look and this is down to the material its made from. I love chiffon,
I love how it looks and feels. And for the summer, this will look amazing. With this skirt
wearing a different top will give you a different look. I don't think this skirt wont go with
something. This can be part of a rocky look or a girly look.
as you make the outfit up according to your fashion sense.

WISHLIST FROM MISSGUIDED.CO.UK

I really like sparkly dress, it may seem a bit tacky to some people but i love them.
I like how in this picture the model has paired it will a lovely pair or pink platforms.
I would add some pink accessories to make the outfit more fun and colourful.
This dress is £32.99.
I love this skirt for two reasons, one because i love the fabric that its made of which is chiffon. The chiffon creates this really pretty and floaty look .I also love this skirt because of how its cut, its has a dipped hem which means its long at the back and short at the front which again makes the look really girly. Chiffon skirts are in this season so i need to go and get one. To be honest you could pair this with any top, to create a certain look. The platforms looks great with this look. This stunning skirt is £14.99.
I quite like maxi dress and this style of maxi dresses are quite nice, there's something i like about the shape of it. I really like the colour of the dress too, pastels are another top trend this summer. This is a simple dress so i would pair it with a cropped denim jacket and some chunky bangles. The white shoes really creates that summer feel. This dress is only £12.99.
How cute is this slouchy cardigan. I quite like baggy jumpers, they feel really comfy and looks really cute. This one is knitted so its that much cuter, and then there's the pastel colour of the cardigan. This is a cardigan i would wear over a t-shirt and a pair of jeans , or even a white summer dress. This cute cardigan is £23.99

New Look - from H&M
http://www.hm.com/gb/s/0357OOProducts in this look:
5-pack stockings, Shoes, Top, Dress, Ring, 5-pack bracelet, Earrings, Leather bag
I really love this dress, I think the colours are beautiful together. I accessorised this look by adding gold bangles, a brown bag, brown shoes and feather earing. The gold and browns match with this dress nicely. Adding a white top and a pair of white socks makes the outfit seem more girly and cute.
